The following agreement (this "Agreement" or the "Terms of Service") describes the terms on which Breakpoint Software Development offers you access to its services. This offer is conditioned on your agreement to all of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Service. By using BOTOHOLIC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not so agree, you should decline this agreement, in which case you are prohibited from accessing or using BOTOHOLIC. Breakpoint Software Development may amend this Agreement at any time in its sole discretion, effective upon posting the amended Agreement at the domain or subdomains of http://botoholic.com where the prior version of this Agreement was posted, or by communicating these changes through any written contact method we have established with you.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
BOTOHOLIC is the automation service offered by Breakpoint Software Development, including the software provided to you by Breakpoint Software Development. Product should automate tasks in games and play them without user interaction.

GENERAL TERMS
1. You represent that you are 13 years old or older. Additionally, if you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to the Terms Of Use. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your username.
2. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
3. You may not use the BOTOHOLIC service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
4. You must not modify, adapt or hack www.botoholic.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with BOTOHOLIC.
5. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
6. You must not, in the use of BOTOHOLIC, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
7. You must not copy or adapt BOTOHOLIC’s software including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript or other code.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your BOTOHOLIC account. While BOTOHOLIC prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that BOTOHOLIC is a venue and as such is not responsible for the content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the BOTOHOLIC service at your own risk.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
You have to open an account, if you want to use our product. You must complete the registration process by providing current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify BOTOHOLIC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.. You may not use anyone else's account at any time. BOTOHOLIC reserves the right to screen requests for member accounts and user logins, monitor usage, and to suspend member accounts or logins at any time and as needed to protect the assets and intellectual property of BOTOHOLIC.

ROMs AS BOTOHOLIC’S VIRTUAL CURRENCY
ROMs are our virtual currency, which you can use to activate products on the BOTOHOLIC site. You can buy ROMs by Paypal or you can get them for free according to the rules on the BOTOHOLIC website. ROMs cannot be cashed out as US dollars or other currency.
You cannot exchange virtual currency with other users.

REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our product, you may notify us within 72 hours from the time of your first payment. You will get a full refund on the product you have paid for.

PRODUCT ACTIVATION Once you activate your product, using the amount of ROMs specified on the website needed to activate that product, the activation will remain enabled for your account permanently. You won't be asked to spend more ROMs or make further payments to keep that product activated. VIP ACCESS
VIP Access status entitles you to use all of the products available for use with BOTOHOLIC application and any VIP exclusive products that BOTOHOLIC website offers to its VIP members. Any new products that come out after you subscribe to VIP Access will also be made available for you free of charge. Subscription to VIP Access is a one-time fee and your VIP status will remain active as long as your account lives in our database. Account can be upgraded to VIP Access at discounted prices if there is already one or more products activated on user's account. BOTOHOLIC CAN MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE
BOTOHOLIC reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, without liability to you or any third party.
